Interdisciplinary courses with active learning and project-based learning offered at FUV (2018-2022): Matter, Computational Chemistry and Cheminformatics, Advanced Analytical Techniques, Organic Chemistry, Energy in Daily Life, Scientific Inquiry, Logic and Limitation.

In addition, Hung Phan was also a founding faculty member of FUV, participated in the co-design year, built its first curriculum, and established the Integrated Sciences major. This writing reflected on The Co-Design Year at Fulbright: Surviving and Thriving Under Uncertainty

Capstone advising

Besides advising capstone projects in the research areas of Comistry, Hung Phan is interested in advising capstones in other areas of interests and expertise from previous experience. The topics include solar cells and solar energy, electronic devices, medical devices, design and engineering, environmental chemistry, analytical chemistry, nutritions, education, and artificial intelligence.
